Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy of 7 Axis, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We offer replacement only within 07 days from the date of delivery.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances as these are on demand prints.
✅ Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will be provided only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect items.
❌ Not Eligible for Replacement
- Size or fit issues.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Color variation due to screen differences.
- Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
- Requests raised after 07 days.
🔁 Replacement Process
- Contact us at support@7axis.in within 07 days of delivery.
- Share order details, images/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped.
- Replacement processing may take 7–10 business days.
🚫 No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
- Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays, size issues, or preference changes.
🚚 Shipping for Replacement
- If the issue is from our side, replacement shipping is free.
- In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
