Refund policy

  • Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy of 7 Axis, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

  • We offer replacement only within 07 days from the date of delivery.

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances as these are on demand prints.

    ✅ Eligible for Replacement

    A replacement will be provided only if:

    • The product received is damaged.
    • The product is defective.
    • The wrong item was delivered.

    To be eligible:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect items.

    ❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

    • Size or fit issues.
    • Change of mind or personal preference.
    • Color variation due to screen differences.
    • Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
    • Requests raised after 07 days.

    🔁 Replacement Process

    1. Contact us at support@7axis.in within 07 days of delivery.
    2. Share order details, images/videos of the issue.
    3. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped.
    4. Replacement processing may take 7–10 business days.

    🚫 No Refund Policy

    • We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
    • Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays, size issues, or preference changes.

    🚚 Shipping for Replacement

    • If the issue is from our side, replacement shipping is free.
    • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
